Community Development
The Upper Banyang Women Association (UBWA) implements high-impact projects that improve livelihoods and enhance well-being across Upper Banyang. Our initiatives include healthcare access, clean water through boreholes, rural electrification, education, and programs that support women’s empowerment, youth development, agriculture, and community health—driving sustainable development and improving the quality of life for families.

We organize culturally enriching events that celebrate, preserve, and promote our heritage, while strengthening unity and fostering pride within the Upper Banyang community worldwide.
Support Programs
Support Programs – Providing dedicated assistance and resources to empower women and families locally and globally through targeted initiatives, including ESAK, and NEREKET (bereavement support programs), as well as other community-based support services.
Global Network
Connecting members at home and across the diaspora to strengthen relationships, share resources, and advance community development through annual conventions, cultural events, professional networking, mentorship, and collaborative initiatives.
